High machining accuracy: especially for some small and medium-sized optical holes, the cylindricity can be up to 0.001mm. Some parts with uneven wall thickness, such as connecting rods, can have a roundness of 0.002mm. For large holes (aperture within 200mm), roundness can also reach 0.005mm, if there is no ring groove or radial hole, straightness is also possible within 0.01mm. Honing has higher machining accuracy than grinding. When grinding, the bearing supporting the grinding wheel is located outside the honing hole, which will cause deviation, especially in small hole machining, and the grinding precision is worse than honing. In general, honing can only improve the shape accuracy of the workpiece. In order to improve the position accuracy of the parts, some necessary measures should be taken. If the panel is used to improve the verticality of the end face of the parts and the axis (the panel is installed on the stroke arm, adjust it perpendicular to the rotating spindle, and the parts are processed on the panel).
