. Features At a Glance
High pressure and durable, this model's intensity is increased 15T than similar products, At the time of operation, it is in the state of relax, like as big horse pull pony. Do not overload the motor and hydraulic pump, As a result, the overall life of the crimping machine is extended.
Zero taper, the section of fitting and ferrule is same after withhold, no taper. ( if finished the withhold, hydraulic fitting and ferrule's front is bigger than rear 3mm,its' life will reduce about 30% than zero taper, and so on.)

. Installation and commissioning
Handling: Suitable for forklifts, force the bottom of the machine, do

not invert!
Oiling: refill #46 hydraulic oil until the red point in the sight glass.
       
Electrical connection:Connect the power cord to the power cable, single-phase must be contact to a zero line and a fire line, otherwise, will cause the motor and electrical equipment to burn down. Three-phase is necessary to work properly for the normal use of motor blades.
Button operation: Power switch(0 means turning off,1 means turning on)
Compound die( means crimping the fittings)
Open die (means opening the master die after withhold)
Manual/Auto(when positioning is fine, semiautomatic can be selected, automatic deduction effect)
Buzzer means (buzzing after crimping is finished)
Locator: swinging clockwise for 1 turn, the forcing size reduce by 1mm, similarly, Swinging anticlockwise for 1mm, the forcing size increase by 1mm, and for example, if installed [15] mould, the O.D after crimping is 18mm, check to be certain that the digital adjustment [0] meets [0], then swing anticlockwise [3] to [0],([15] mould turn three circles is 18mm),the O.D after crimping is 18mm,and so on.
 
. Withholding operation
check to be certain that machine is good and make the machine crimping without hose fittings for 20 to 30 times when first time use.
In winter, pls make the machine crimping without hose fittings for 20 to 30 times so as to increase the oil temperature.
Press the open die button, then according to the O.D, choose the correct die after the master die open, and adjust the micrometer scale.
Assemble the fittings and hose, the whole sleeve is covered by the crimping die one time.
Choose the auto and press the open die button, until the pressure tube head stops depressing and automatically opens the mold.
. Pressure tube test case
Use the mold to refer to the buckled rubber tube, if not satisfied, After fine-tuning the micrometer, withhold next one hose. When withhold hose and fitting, ferrule: High buckle pressure, the hose's inner layer will been breaking, oil spill; Low buckle pressure, causes oil leaks and oil pressure to flush out joints. Be sure to have a reasonable degree of buckle, according to the contraction degree of the inner hole of the connector core.
Withholding standard: hose's joint inner hole pinching 0.1mm~0.4mm, do not exceed this range, withhold size if bigger than this date, hose assembly's use life will shorten.
. Safety operation regulations and attention
In order to make the crimper work well and prolong life span, pls refill #46 hydraulic oil.
Distribution box just can open to inspection by the knowledge of electrical personnel, unscrew the following 4 screws (2crews) during inspection, distribution box can be removed.
Do not withhold rust-inhibited hydraulic fittings or steel pipe, do not drop debris (iron chips, cotton yarn, etc.) into the interior of the lock, the slope between the mold holder and the front plate should be kept clean, no metal, iron, and other hard substances can stick on it.
Before using the machine, pls brush a little lubricant on the the front plate, for lubrication [engine oil or hydraulic oil, can't use grease] Brush the lubricant on the cone surface before each work, brushing times according to the workload [During the new machine run-in, withhold 10 pieces hose brushes one time]
When changing the mold, must be operating in the off state.
Strictly prohibited exceeding the use of mold, to avoid damage,crush the mold.
When withhold the hose's fitting, operators must pay attention to the safety of hand protection.
When crimping, connect the connector as far as possible to the mold center, do not press on the hex nut.
. After each work, eight mold holders must be opened to the max extent, this will keep the spring in the open state and protect the spring, the cylinder is also in a state of escape to extend the life of the seal.
After work, turn off the power gate, in order to prevent the electric appliances from affecting the life of the electric appliances during periods of inactivity.
. Maintenance
When the hydraulic oil of oil tank's exceeds than required by the hydraulic oil manufacturer, or visual oil level table, if the hydraulic oil has been oxidized, it must be replaced.
Non-working hours, pls cover dust cover to prevent debris from falling into mold holder, keep the outward appearance clean.

Shake when
close die
1.There's air in hydro-cylinder 1.Take off the proximity switch, press the open die button, keep the pressure 15Mpa for 10 seconds, repeatedly 2-5 times, the air get out.

Attention:
When can not determine the cause of the fault, or when other conditions cannot be solved, pls turn off the machine and contact the manufacturer in time, And according to the guidance provided by the manufacturer one by one to check, for discharge failure.
